Youth Revisited
2022 I grew up in the country outside Linköping in Östergotland. I spent large parts of my youth in nature with my friends. We did everything from boy tricks like shooting air rifles and playing with fire to just hanging out in the wild. This was a time for me that I felt I wantedto revisit, document and portray. The photo project is about me alone and also together with various friends from my youth, revisiting places and contexts where we spent a lot of time under our teens. We place ourselves in the present as adults in our shared youthful memories, we"stand" in the memory. In doing so, we examine and analyze that time of our lives and reflect on our past.
